Trainee

• Trainees should be member societies and under the age of 35.
• Students are included in the trainees.
• Please submit following evidence materials by email at reg@apccmi2025.com.
  • Trainee: Copy of your passport/ID to prove you are under the age of 35 and a verification letter from the Director of your Organization.
  • Student: Copy of your student ID or certificate of enrollment & a copy of your passport/ID.

On-site Registration

• On-site registration is available by credit card only.
• On-site registration for trainees is permitted for students, researchers, residents, and clinical fellows only. Photo identification (Student ID or Employee ID) is required.
• Application of trainee for young scientists among members of APSCMI affiliated society is not valid for on-site registration that requires photo ID.

Individual Registration

Complete the registration process following the instructions below:

1. Sign up. (If you don’t have an account, please sign up first.)
2. Fill out the online registration form.
3. Submit the online registration form and proceed with the payment. (Registration Acknowledgement will be sent at this stage.)
4. Receive the notification email that confirms your registration and payment.

Group Registration

1. Group registrations of 10 persons are eligible for a 10% discount on registration fees. Applicable discounted fees will depend on when you apply as follows. Discounts are not offered for on-site registrations.
   Early Bird registration (2 May – 31 August 2025)

   Members	USD 400 - 10% discount	USD 360 per person
   Non-Members	USD 500 – 10% discount	USD 450 per person
   Members & Non-Members (Lower-Middle Income, Low Income)	USD 200 – 10% discount	USD 180 per person

   Regular Registration (1 September – 15 October 2025)

   Members	USD 500 - 10% discount	USD 450 per person
   Non-Members	USD 600 – 10% discount	USD 540 per person
   Members & Non-Members (Lower-Middle Income, Low Income)	USD 200 – 10% discount	USD 180 per person

2. Group Registration Criteria: 10 or more participants within a single registration form.
3. Submission Deadline: By 1 October 2025 only.
4. Download the Excel Group Registration Sheet and enter the required information. Submit the group registration list to the APCCMI2025 Secretariat at info@apccmi2025.com by 15 October 2025.
5. On submitting your group registration, the APCCMI 2025 Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of your group list, please be sure to check your Spam folder. If you don’t receive an acknowledgement email within a few days contact the secretariat at info@apccmi2025.com or call Tel: +66 (0) 2965 8909.
6. The APCCMI 2025 Secretariat will email each registered delegate in the group with a dedicated link for them to register their details for the Congress. Please ensure that your delegation registers by 15 October 2025.

Payment for online registration is only possible by credit card.

• Once you have filled out all the required information for your online registration, please click the “payment” button - the payment page will open in a new pop-up window.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

• You can check the payment status at ‘My Page’.
• Payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ upon clearance of your payment.

• An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration.
• Registrants can check the status of their registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging into the online registration system.
• You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
• Please note that the receipt will be available after your payment is completed.

• To cancel the registration and request for refund, please download the below cancellation request form, fill it out, and send it to the secretariat via email before the deadline.
• Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation & refund policy.

• Please complete the registration and contact the APCCMI 2025 Secretariat (info@apccmi2025.com) for the invitation letter.
• This letter is NOT a commitment of the APCCMI 2025 organizing committee to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons.
• Any expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
