Awards & Grants

Young scientist travel grants and outstanding abstract awards will be granted to a limited number of submitted abstracts. The final decision regarding the awards will be made by the scientific program committee. It is essential to note that abstracts must be based on unpublished results. However, abstracts that have been previously submitted at smaller, company or regional meetings, but not published in a journal, may be considered by the APCCMI2025 program committee if no rights have been transferred and if all new or updated data are included.

OUTSTANDING ABSTRACT AWARDS

Best Oral Presentation Awards (4 awardees): Cash USD 500 and free registration
Best Poster Presentation Awards (10 awardees): Cash USD 300 and free registration

The Program Committee will grant awards to the best competition abstracts submitted for consideration. Selected presenting authors of an accepted oral or poster presentation will be eligible for nomination for this award:

Eligibility:

  • Must be the presenting author of an abstract.
  • Can present abstract at the Congress
  • Must register for the Congress

The announcement of all the winners of the Outstanding Abstract Awards will take place during the closing ceremony. Each winner will be individually contacted and requested to attend the ceremony. Awardees will receive prize and a certificate at the closing ceremony.

Registration fee will be reimbursed after the closing ceremony and a copy receipt of paid registration fee must be shown. The presenting author can also apply for travel grant if coming from countries with lower or lower middle-income economies.

TRAVEL AWARDS

Travel Awards (10 awardees): Cash USD 500 and free registration

Selected abstract presenting authors meeting the below requirements will be considered for travel grants of USD 500 and free registration

These grants are specifically aimed at partially assisting investigators and authors from countries with lower or lower middle-income economies. When submitting your abstract through the website, please ensure that you have your CV and a copy of your passport prepared for the travel award application.

Eligibility:

  • Be listed as the presenting author of an abstract submitted for APCCMI 2025.
  • Be based in a low income or lower middle income country according to the World Bank report. To see the eligible countries, click here.
  • Complete registration and be present at the APCCMI 2025.
  • In registration form, indicate that your application for the travel award
  • Submit your short CV and state why you should receive the travel grant (one page).
  • The travel award is given only once to the presenting author regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors.

The awardees will be notified before October 1, 2025. and they can receive the travel award on-site during the APCCMI 2025. They must show identification to verify their identity. Registration fee will be reimbursed on-site too and a copy receipt of paid registration fee must be shown.
